Shipping & Returns

Order Processing Time - Most items require 2-3 business days for processing. This is the amount of time needed to prepare your order for shipping. This time is in addition to the amount of time needed to actually ship your order. Selecting expedited or rush shipping does not shorten the order processing time. Selecting expedited or rush shipping only shortens the amount of time it takes your order to ship from us to you.

Add 7-14 business days if your order combines manufacturers (ex. Order contains product numbers beginning with different letters). Some items may require an additional 5-14 business days. Read the item description for specific details. Most domestic orders are received  by the customer within 7-14 business days.

**Let us know if you have a specific deadline by which you need to receive your merchandise.  If you have a deadline, contact us via email, and indicate your deadline in the "Comments" section at the "Check Out" point of your shopping cart. We will try our very best to work with you. But we do not make any guarantees.

We use UPS Real Time Shipping for added reliability and security. Shipping rates are calculated in real time by UPS. Shipping charges are based on the destination address, package size and weight. International customers are responsible for any customs charges, duties, tariffs, etc. 

Please be aware, we ship from several different warehouses through out the US and Canada. Depending on what you order, this could result in multiple shipments.You will not be charged any additional shipping should this happen on your particular order.

-- Special Orders - Made to Order and Custom Made Orders take longer to be ready to ship. Approximate order processing times are posted on our web sites for these items.

-- Shipping Time - This is the time it takes for your order to get to you, after it is shipped.

Ground - This is our standard shipping method. Depending on where you are and which warehouse your order is shipped from, will determine the shipping time. Normally 2 to 7 working days. (UPS will not deliver to a PO Box)

UPS 3 Day Express or FedEx Express Saver -3 working days

2nd Day Air - 2 working days

Next Day Air - Next working day

Priority Mail - We offer Priority Mail shipping for those who require orders to be shipped to a PO Box. Most of our warehouses are not equipped to ship by Priority Mail, so we must have your order forwarded to one that will ship by this method. Please allow 10 to 14 working days for Priority Mail.

The above information is a guideline only. Many circumstances that are out of our control, can delay your order, such as weather, holidays, workload, back orders, etc. If you need your order by a certain date, please let us know. In some cases, we may be able to speed up the order processing times and determine the best shipping method, so you get your order when you need it.

Depending on what merchandise the order is placed for different items may ship from different warehouses resulting in multiple shipments. We have warehouse located throughout the US & Canada. There will be no additional shipping charges in this case. We will send tracking information if available but, all of the warehouses are not set to send this information.

Backorders - We do our best to keep our web sites uptodate. However, from time to time some items may be out of stock. In this, case in stock items will be shipped and backordered item will be (in most cases) canceled and your credit card will be refunded.


Do you ship internationally?

We are able to ship most item to most countries, but there are certain items that we will not be able to ship and centain countries we will not ship to so, please check with us if you have a question regarding a particular item or country send us the question by e-mail

Please be aware, acccording to rules with Visa, MasterCard, Discover/Novus & American Express we can NOT shipping to an address other than the one listed with your credit card company. We can only ship to the address that is listed with the credit card company as your billing address.

The address & phone # you provided us with MUST match what is on file with your credit card company. We will attempt to verify this information. If we cannot verify this information we will automatically cancel you order and refund you credit card.

*** All Government taxes/duties are not included in shipping charges and are your respocibility.

Our ONLY shipping method for international orders is FedEx!

PLEASE NOTE:
Due to the rising cost of shipping, ALL Orders for high heel shoes and/or boots will be shipped WITHOUT the shoe boxes. The boxes weigh approximately 1 lb each so this will ultimately save you money since shipping cost is not only calculated using the weight but, also on the dimensions of the shipping box.

Can you deliver to an APO / FPO address?

Yes, we will ship Priority Mail to APO/FPO addresses.

Returns And Exchanges Policies

Satisfaction Guaranteed (Return Policy)
100% Satisfaction Guarantee - Inspect your order promptly! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from Affections, you MUST contact us within ten (10) days of receipt of your order to Request a Return Authorization Number (RMA #).

We MUST receive your merchandise along with the RMA number written on the outside of the package within 15 days from the date of the RMA #. Unauthorized returns, returns without a RMA #, or returns that are received later than 15 days after the RMA # was issued are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

There are no restocking fees for an exchanges or request for store credit. There is a 15% restocking fee applied to all returns requesting a refund. Shipping charges for the returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. On exchanges, shipping will be figure according to the weight of the replacement items. (This usually runs approximately the amount paid for shipping from the original order). All exchange orders will be shipped Ground shipping unless requested otherwise & then shipping cost will be adjusted accordingly.

If at any time you find a defect of any kind on merchandise you have purchased from Affections or if you receive an item that is not what you ordered, please send a brief email describing the defect and we will send a replacement item, free of charge and arrange for the return of the defective item or wrong item. If you receive the wrong item please tell us what you received including item #, size & color. No additional shipping will be charged for replacing defective items or if the item received was incorrect.

It is recommended that you insure your return package with the postal service or ship returns back UPS or FedEx. We cannot be responsible for packages that we do not receive or packages arriving damaged to shipping.

Once we have processed a refund back to your card it may take several days for the credit to show up on your account. Usually about 72 hours.

Orders placed with a Free Shipping Offer are subject to a $7.95 shipping fee if returned for credit or exchange.

All refused shipments will result in a 15% restocking fee. Packages returned to our warehouse as undeliverable may be re-shipped for an additional shipping and handling charge.

* Merchandise must be returned in the condition you received it, complete with original packaging. Clothing and Shoes must be unworn and in original packaging.

* Shipping and Handling cost are not refundable.

* After 30 days, only the manufacturer's warranty will apply. After 30 days, all sales are final.

Non-returnable - Non-Exchangeable items:

* Custom made items

* Item marked as Clearance - Sale Final

* Wigs, undergarments including swimsuits, thongs, underwear, body stockings, lingerie and body jewelry unless defective. (Due to health codes.)

* Stockings and pantyhose are not returnable once they have been removed from their original packages.

* Personal items such as sex toys or other adult products (this includes DVD's & VHS Tapes) are not returnable unless defective. Defective items will be replaced with same item only.
